Welcome to the world of Enomatic!
Imagine if you could taste any wine you wanted by walking into a wine – bar and finding not just the usual two or three bottles to taste, but eight, sixteen or even a hundred wines all waiting to be discovered. Imagine if you could choose a wine to buy, not because of its label or because someone told you about it, but because you tasted it and you liked it. At enomatic, that’s what we imagined too. Now, after careful research and scientific discovery we have developed a solution that has turned our imagination into reality: Enomatic Wine Serving Systems.
Enomatic: A global network
Enomatic is the worldwide leader in the field of wine technology and hospitality business solutions. The company, was founded in 2002 by two Tuscan entrepreneurs. In just a few years Enomatic has expanded worldwide and is now present in over 73 countries. Contemporary design and Revolutionary technology are the characteristics of Enomatic Wine Serving Systems™ which are transforming the traditions of wine hospitality. At Enomatic, it is our hope to continue the expansion of today’s wine culture by building support and appreciation for wine producers worldwide.
Discovering the world of wine
People who love wine also love to discover new wines. Unfortunately, without the ability to taste a wine we are often limited to selecting a wine solely based on a label, price, or review. At last, Enomatic Wine Serving Systems allow us to experience the pleasure of discovering new and unique wines through tasting their true oenological characteristics.
Choosing wine according to personal taste
For new wine drinkers, as well as connoisseurs, finding one’s way through the vast and growing selection of wines, is not at all easy. When choosing a bottle of wine, we are often mislead by a captivating labels, prices, or ratings. Today, Enomatic systems are enabling us to become our own wine critic, by allowing us to taste and evaluate any wine, without limitations, before we choose to purchase it. With this ideology, Enomatic was created to offer vast wine tasting experiences and empower the individual with awareness in choosing according to one’s personal taste.
Technology to enhance Service and Traditions
Tasting means drinking just a little in a healthy way that allows us to appreciate and experience all the flavors and characteristics a wine can give. The traditions of tasting fine wines has long been established to provide guidance in how wines should be displayed, served as well as explained so one can appreciate the history, traditions, and energy that went into making each individual wine. Enomatic has always been the leading producer in the field of wine tasting systems with our philosophy of using technology to enhance service and traditions.

Preservation Technology
Quality Guaranteed Argon or Nitrogen Gas Preservation
Color, taste and body make each wine unique. Despite this, opening a bottle starts a natural decay process common to any food element in contact with oxygen. Generally, this phenomenon is due to the development of micro flora and to biochemical processes as protein decay and enzymatic reactions. Due to its reactivity, oxygen gives way to these processes: reducing or eliminating their effect by adding an idle gas like nitrogen, limits or completely avoids the development of micro organisms. Lab analysis, by Consorzio del Chianti Classico (San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Florence) underlines the reliability of Enomatic® systems: no deterioration appeared even three weeks after opening the bottle.
