Enomatic® utilizes high purity food grade Argon (preferred), or Nitrogen, gas. Gas is not included but readily available from national suppliers.

How are Enomatic®s installed?

What is the maintenance and warranty of the system?

Enomatic® is equipped with an auto-cleaning purge, so wine is poured directly from the bottle guarantee the highest level of hygienic quality of your wines. Maintenance has never been easier and the longevity of the systems will sustain as long as the following is performed: Daily Cleaning – simple rinse (submerge) of the stainless steel spout with hot water (in a glass); Monthly Cleaning – citric acid solution cleanse of the tap, cycle one bottle of hot water with citric acid through the system. These processes take only a few minutes and your systems will run in perfect shape.
